For all our criminal cases, we charge a single fixed fee for all stages of the proceeding, up to, but not including trial. For driving under the influence cases, this fee includes the motor vehicle department (MVD) hearing. We charge a separate fixed fee if the case is set for trial.

Our fees are reasonable, and we fully commit ourselves to your defense. But because every case is different, we determine the fee on a case by case basis.

To properly defend your case, there will be several court appearances, coupled with many hours of attorney time in the office. In addition, there may be expert costs, lab fees, and investigation costs associated with your defense.
